TSPC Professional Development Unit (PDU) Certification

This certification process is to be utilized by Oregon educators who are not currently employed with a district (substitutes, retirees, etc.), and who need to have their PDU's approved.

Complete E-Licensing application and fee online

Creating an account allows you to submit applications for licensure, renew your license, and manage your teaching license information online.

Complete the Log of Professional Development Activites.  Upload, e-mail, fax or mail signed and completed log along with appropriate documentation (certificates, official transcripts, signed forms, etc.) to the designated partner ESD.  (See instructions below)

Complete PDU Log and documentation submission on TSPC website under the PDU:  Continuing and Advanced tab.

How to submit verification through a partner ESD:

  • Visit the orepdc.k12.or.us website and following the instructions.  (There is a $25 processing fee)

    • Note:  After confirming your name, email address, and phone number, you will be asked, "Are you needing to verify Advanced PDUs?" Select [No], since these instructions are for Continuing PDUs.

  • Once the submission process is complete, the ESD will send an e-mail that explains where to send supporting materials.

  • Materials may be sent via mail, e-mail, or fax.

  • The ESDs will electronically verify PDUs to TSPC within two weeks of completed submission.
